Program Overview
This innovative training and internship program prepares students for careers in hydrogen production, safety, and infrastructure through a combination of classroom learning and hands-on industry experience.

What You’ll Gain

• Paid internship full-time for 10 weeks with leading regional companies such as Honeywell Aerospace, Plug Power, Nel Hydrogen, FuelCell Energy, Volta Energy, and others.
• $12,000 stipend plus approximately $1,400 transportation assistance.
• 4-week training at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), including both online and in-person sessions.
• Mentorship, career consulting, and job placement support to help launch your energy-sector career

Eligibility

• Open to current students or recent graduates from community colleges.

• Backgrounds in STEM, engineering, or technology preferred.
