In this 1-hour heart pumping, calorie burning, kickboxing class, Rich Fong, owner of The Pheonix Fitness & Performance Gym will have you practicing punch combos including jabs, crosses, kicks, knees, and elbows in a safe, controlled setting. Punching gloves and safety pads will be provided by Rich. All we ask is you come in athletic wear, sneakers, and a water to stay hydrated.
